Miss Benson's Beetle Cover Illustration
A book cover illustrated for Biblio, based on the adventure of two women searching for the golden beetle. The illustration emphasizes the beauty of nature, the encounter with diverse creatures, and, most importantly, the relationship between the two protagonists. The beetles are placed prominently in the foreground to create the illusion that they overpower the characters. Every plant depicted is referenced from the flora of New Caledonia, where the story is set.
Burning House
A piece from 'Close to Home' collection, this work was inspired by a discussion in the artist's classroom. What began as a conversation about a distant war gradually became something intimate, as people from different backgrounds shared the same space. It is a reminder that while our attention is often drawn to events far beyond us, their effects are often much closer to home, in this case us and the safety in our skin, than we realize.
Anger
A piece from 'Close to Home' collection. Home as a metaphor of our body, where our comfort space lies. Growing up in an Asian family, I was taught to suppress my anger and be understanding. So I kept it at home. The fire burns quietly from within. It slowly erodes the home, filling every room with smoke, suffocating the surrounding. If I continue to hold it in, will my home still be able to contain it?
I want 2 Bees An Artist
Being an artist is a love-hate relationship. You love creating, but hate watching your work disappear beneath an algorithm. One day, I found two bees outside my office - one resting on a flower, the other lying upside down on the ground. The words "2 Bees" came to mind.This poster is both a dad joke and a reflection on the uncertainty of pursuing art, especially in cultures where becoming an artist is often seen as an impractical dream.
OCIIO's Bloom
Inspired by the concept of Bloom, this illustration was created for OCIIO, an oxygenated water brand that regularly collaborates with artists on its packaging. The illustration draws on the idea that flowers flourish with a nurturing environment and sufficient oxygen. Designed to attract attention from a distance while a closer look the artwork reveals intricate floral details alongside the artist's character, Julie.
Shells Collection from Anonymous Mermaid
May the shells turn my tail to legs. A quiet collection of shells gathered from the shore, each one carrying the memory of a sea it no longer belongs to.
After the Tide
A reflection on the loss of a lover. Like a seashell washed ashore, separated from the sea, the work explores absence through the interplay of positive and negative space, where what is missing becomes as meaningful as what remains.

Storms arrive without warning, even on the days you pray they never will. The sky will darken, the light will fade, and the rain will fall once more.
