Siyah Kalem

Siyah Kalem is an animated film that explores the narrative of an ordinary world merging with a surreal one. The narrative echoes themes from the popular children's poem Humpty Dumpty.

The primary aim of this thesis is to promote spontaneity and impulsiveness as a stepping stone towards discovering my own method of making imperfect marks in a digital era.

KFC

KFC snippet from a series of ads I created for them, with the tagline ‘When it’s KFC, you just can’t stop the chomp!’. I loved bringing the timeless charm of the Colonel’s original recipe to life with this vintage-inspired hand-drawn animated ad.

Walters Museum

Illustrated Poster for the Walters Museum of Art in Baltimore.

Entering the Void

This represent the push and pull one feels an Illustrator between creating personal work and working for clients. The man holding the horse representing client relationship, real work and management whereas the horse representing the eager creative spirit wanting to step into new universes.

Human Beans

Inspired by Kitchen Sink Realism, this Illustration explores the concept of 'Angry young men' who were disillusioned with modern society.

Desperate times

Desperate Times is an anthology about movement.
I keep returning to the location pin—that small red icon that promises certainty which is influxed into the character design. A fixed point in a world that's constantly shifting. It has become a meditative anchor in my drawing practice: a way of navigating memory, displacement, and discovery.

One Dies Another remains

A meditative drawing on love, transformation, and the quiet violence of becoming.

Song without Mouth

Song Without a Mouth explores the tension between voice and silence. The figure dissolves as breath transforms into organic forms, suggesting that expression can exist beyond language and the body itself.
