NekoEyes is a Thai illustrator and manga artist whose work explores irony, observation, and the quiet absurdities of urban life. His recent series, inspired by encounters with monitor lizards in Bangkok’s Lumphini Park, reimagines everyday scenes through a contemporary lens influenced by Japanese ukiyo-e. He hopes audiences will resonate with the series’ understated humor and recognize something familiar in the monitor lizards’ surprisingly human predicaments.
