Nanon’s Glasses
Through the lenses specially designed for her, she is able to see and navigate the reality she lives in. Without them, countless parallel universes overlap before her eyes in unpredictable ways. She cannot choose which reality will appear next.In this illustration, Nanon catches a glimpse of an unfamiliar version of herself, a majestic, otherworldly, and almost divine.
Confused, she wonders,
"Why do I look like a goddess? And shouldn't this be from my own point of view?"
She later discovers that, in one possible reality, she is the mysterious Apple Goddess, the guardian of parallel dimensions. In this universe, the apple symbolizes infinite possibilities and the countless alternate versions of existence.
