Chinese Folktales promotional poster

Promotional poster for Yao-Chinese Folktales 2, an animated series produced by Shanghai Animation Film Studio for New Year's Day 2026. I was responsible for the creative concept development and illustration production. The core characters and plots of the nine episodes are presented through a composition of speech bubbles, creating a dialogue between the audience and Chinese stories.

Please look at the camera

Designed a co-branded camera skin for the Canon EOS R100 series. I brought a Canon camera to Sichuan Province, China, for a field study and location shoot, extracted elements from photographs of local culture and nature, and created this illustration. I also served as a judge for the R100 Inspiration Skin Design Competition.

Elegant Names for All Things

Elegant Names for All Things

In 2024, under the joint editorial work of the two publishers Senyuman and Xiron, I illustrated and published this popular-science illustration book introducing various subjects from China. The book covers flowers, grasses, trees, insects, fish, birds, beasts, fruits, crops, astronomy, geography, and traditional artifacts. It introduces a total of 200 traditional Chinese subjects, promoting traditional Chinese culture through illustration-based storytelling.

Meeting Spring

In 2022 and 2024, I illustrated the covers for the Chinese edition and the Vietnamese edition, respectively, of Meeting Spring, a phenomenal hit in Chinese young adult literature. The covers received high praise from many readers, and I learned that many readers were inspired to read the novel because of the cover art.

Chimeraland promotional poster

For a collaboration project with Tencent Games' The Legend of Mountains and Seas, I was responsible for creating the promotional artwork for the event version at the time. The artwork features two major mythical creatures from traditional Chinese culture: Kun and Jingwei. Using a diagonal composition, it incorporates a circular sea surrounded by mountains. Bathed in a golden color palette, the scene accentuates the two mythical beasts and foreshadows the new story about to unfold in the magnificent world of Mountains and Seas in the new version.

Fantasy Westward Journey: Angela Chang Endorsement Promotional Poster

For a collaboration project with NetEase Games' Fantasy Westward Journey, I created a music promotional collaboration poster for singer Angela Chang. Blending the powerful, resonant style of her music with imagery of war raging on all sides, I chose red as the dominant color, accented with gold. A flaming warhorse gallops across the battlefield while the sovereign stands unshaken, and triumphant songs of Chu seem to echo far and wide.

Fantasy Westward Journey: Yang Yang Endorsement Promotional Poster

For a collaboration project with NetEase Games' Fantasy Westward Journey, I created a promotional artwork for the game spokesperson Yang Yang as the character Sha Po Lang. Based on the spokesperson's cool, aloof temperament, I chose a blue-toned atmospheric style set under a moonlit night. Following the direction of the bow and arrow in Yang Yang's hand, flowing blue air currents guide the viewer's gaze toward the serene and peaceful city of Chang'an.

Illustration for the Animated Promotional PV of Game for Peace

For the collaboration project with Tencent Games' Game for Peace, I was responsible for creating illustrations for the CG animation of the 2025 New Year event version. The illustrations showcase the new skins featured in the event as well as the newly revealed equipment.

CrossFire Event Promotional Illustration

For a collaboration project with Tencent Games' CrossFire Mobile (CFM), I was responsible for creating illustrations for the game's interactive interface. The artwork presents a unique interpretation of Nezha, using Nezha as the visual focal point to showcase the firearm products featured as the core release of this event.
