Using vibrant blues, rich colors, and colored pencil textures, I create playful yet thoughtful imagery that carries the same handcrafted feeling that is in my tattoo work.

I’m "comes.in.waves"a hand poke tattoo artist whose work is deeply inspired by the ocean and marine life. Fish and sea creatures are recurring subjects in my tattoos, reflecting my fascination with the beauty and symbolism of the underwater world. My signature color is blue—a color that evokes the sea and has become an essential part of my visual identity. Combining hand poke techniques with colored pencil-like textures.

The butterfly in this piece has wing patterns that are different from those of a real butterfly. It reflects the idea that beauty can exist beyond what we know in the real world. Nothing has to fit a certain frame or standard to be considered beautiful, and people are no different. We don’t need to have the same wings as the original butterfly to be seen as beautiful, we can have wings that are beautiful in our own way. At the same time, this butterfly is meant to feel both grand and feminine, as a reminder that these two qualities can exist together in us.
