| Hi! I'm Tanya, a children's book illustrator and surface pattern designer based in Valencia, Spain. For over 10 years I've been creating warm, playful illustrations for little readers aged 0-5, think simple shapes, bright colors, and a touch of naïve charm. My work has been published by Sourcebooks/Duopress, Auzou, Little Bee Books, Rockridge Press, Arcturus, and Walter Foster Jr., among others, and I'm currently illustrating my second book in the "Doggies" series. I'm represented worldwide by Good Illustration Agency. I believe illustration for young children should feel like a fun play. Outside the studio, I bake sourdough bread, practice yoga and share my home with my husband and our grey cat, who occasionally supervises my work. |
