แทนทะเล (Tanntalay) เป็นนักวาดภาพประกอบ นักออกแบบ และศิลปินที่สร้างสรรค์ผลงานโดยมีท้องทะเลเป็นแรงบันดาลใจหลัก พร้อมใช้ศิลปะเป็นเครื่องมือในการสื่อสารเรื่องสิ่งแวดล้อมและการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติ
ผลงานของแทนผสมผสานเสน่ห์ของสัตว์ทะเล สีสันที่อบอุ่น และการเล่าเรื่องผ่านภาพ เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างผู้คนกับมหาสมุทรในมุมมองที่เข้าถึงง่ายและน่าจดจำ
นอกจากงานภาพประกอบ แทนทะเลยังสร้างประติมากรรมจากขยะทะเล และออกแบบเวิร์กช็อปที่ชวนผู้คนเปลี่ยนมุมมองต่อวัสดุเหลือใช้ผ่านกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์ โดยเชื่อว่าศิลปะสามารถเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีความหมาย ทั้งในระดับบุคคลและสังคม

Tanntalay is an illustrator, designer, and environmental artist whose practice is inspired by the ocean and driven by a passion for marine conservation.
Through playful yet thoughtful illustrations, Tanntalay explores the relationship between people and the sea, creating works that celebrate marine life while encouraging greater awareness of environmental issues.
In addition to illustration, Tanntalay creates sculptures from marine debris and develops hands-on workshops that transform ocean waste into meaningful artworks. Believing that art can inspire both emotional connection and positive change, Tanntalay aims to make environmental storytelling engaging, accessible, and memorable.

Floatie the Ghost Net คือโปรเจกต์ภาพประกอบที่เล่าเรื่อง “อวนผี” หรือขยะอวนประมงที่ล่องลอยอยู่ในทะเลอย่างไร้เจ้าของ ผ่านตัวละครที่ถูกทำให้มีชีวิตขึ้นมา เพื่อสะท้อนความรู้สึกของการยึดติด หลุดลอย และไม่สามารถปล่อยวางได้
ผลงานชุดนี้เชื่อมโยงขยะทะเลเข้ากับภาวะความสัมพันธ์แบบ anxious attachment โดยใช้ภาพของอวนที่พันเกี่ยวทุกสิ่งไว้แน่นแต่ไร้ทิศทาง เป็นสัญลักษณ์ของความรักที่กลัวการสูญเสีย จนกลายเป็นการรั้งทั้งตัวเองและอีกฝ่ายไว้ในวงจรที่ไม่มั่นคง

Floatie the Ghost Net is an illustration project that tells the story of ghost nets, abandoned fishing nets drifting through the ocean by personifying them into a living character that reflects themes of attachment, drifting, and inability to let go.
The series connects marine debris with the emotional pattern of anxious attachment, using the image of entangled nets that cling tightly yet lack direction as a metaphor for love driven by fear of loss, creating a cycle that holds both self and others in an unstable emotional current.

Haunted Thai Dugong (ผีพะยูน) คือคอลเลกชันภาพประกอบที่เล่าเรื่องพะยูนไทยในรูปแบบเชิงสัญลักษณ์ ผ่านการตีความ “ความตายที่ไม่ปกติ” จากผลกระทบของมนุษย์และสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เสื่อมโทรม
ผลงานแต่ละชิ้นนำเสนอพะยูนในรูปแบบของสิ่งมีชีวิตเหนือจริง เช่น ผีพะยูนหัวขาดจากการล่าเขี้ยว, พะยูนแดรกคูล่าที่ถูกตัดเขี้ยว, ผีพะยูนติดอวน, ซอมบี้พะยูนจากการกินพลาสติก, มัมมี่พะยูนที่พันติดเชือก และแฟรงเกนยูนที่บาดเจ็บจากใบพัดเรือ
คอลเลกชันนี้ตั้งใจใช้ภาพแบบแฟนตาซีและความหลอนเชิงเปรียบเทียบ เพื่อสะท้อนความจริงที่โหดร้ายของทะเลไทย และชวนให้ตั้งคำถามถึงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมนุษย์กับสิ่งมีชีวิตในทะเลอย่างลึกซึ้งขึ้น

Haunted Thai Dugong is an illustration collection that reimagines the Thai dugong through symbolic narratives of unnatural death caused by human impact and environmental degradation.
Each character presents a surreal transformation such as a headless dugong taken for its tusks, a “Dracuyoon” with its tusks removed, a ghost net-entangled dugong, a plastic-consuming zombie dugong, a rope-wrapped mummy dugong, and a “Frankenyoon” injured by boat propellers.
Through a blend of fantasy and dark metaphor, the collection reflects the harsh realities of Thailand’s marine ecosystem, inviting viewers to reconsider the fragile relationship between humans and marine life.

The sea turtle appears almost formed from marine debris itself.
The work reflects how underwater ecosystems are being
reshaped by human action. Life and waste now coexist
inseparably the sea, in many ways, is made of us.

ผลงานดิจิทัลชิ้นนี้ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากความทรงจำในฤดูร้อนที่เปลี่ยนชีวิตของศิลปิน เมื่อครั้งได้ดำน้ำตื้นที่หมู่เกาะสิมิลันเป็นครั้งแรกในวัยเด็ก และได้พบกับโลกใต้ทะเลอย่างใกล้ชิด ทั้งเต่าทะเล ปลาสิงโต ปูเสฉวน และวาฬ
ประสบการณ์ในวันนั้นได้กลายเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของความผูกพันที่ลึกซึ้งกับทะเล และยังคงเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้กับงานศิลปะของศิลปินมาจนถึงวันนี้

This digital illustration is inspired by one of artist happiest childhood memories. A summer trip to the Similan Islands, where she experienced snorkeling for the first time and encountered the underwater world up close, including sea turtles, lionfish, hermit crabs, and even whales.
That moment marked the beginning of my lifelong connection with the ocean and continues to shape her artistic practice today.
The diving mask serves as a window into those treasured memories, reflecting the vibrant marine life that first made her fall in love with the sea.

This digital illustration portrays a pink dolphin (artist's spirit animal) reaching out to touch its own shadow as a symbol of self-acceptance.
Artist once believed that being a good person meant being loved by everyone. Over time, she realized that life is never simply black or white, and neither herself. We all exist somewhere in between.
The gray shadow does not represent my darker side, but a more honest one. The part that embraces imperfection, reality, and self-compassion. By touching the shadow, learning to love every part of ourself, not only the colorful, idealistic version that once tried to be.

กิจกรรมนี้เปลี่ยนเศษแก้วที่เคยเป็นขยะชายหาดให้กลายเป็นของที่มีคุณค่าและเต็มไปด้วยความหมาย พร้อมเปิดบทสนทนาเกี่ยวกับขยะทะเล การอนุรักษ์ และการมองเห็นคุณค่าใหม่ผ่านกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์ ผู้เข้าร่วมจะได้พา Floatie กลับบ้านในฐานะผลงาน DIY ที่ทั้งน่ารัก มีเรื่องราว และสามารถสะสมได้

Floatie DIY Workshop
Inspired by the Floatie character, this workshop transforms the illustration into a hands-on experience where participants weave a miniature fishing net and customize their own Floatie using sea glass collected from beaches across Thailand.
By giving discarded beach glass a new purpose, the workshop encourages participants to see marine debris from a different perspective while raising awareness of ocean conservation through creativity. Each participant leaves with a one-of-a-kind DIY Floatie—a personalized keepsake that combines storytelling, sustainability, and play.
