About Tungchae
"Tungchae" is a young boy captivated by the art of lion dance. He grew up surrounded by Chinese culture, rich with symbols and layered meanings. Through the beauty of plants and nature, he expresses his emotions and inner world. His work celebrates the unique identity of his neighborhood — in vibrant, playful ways — and seeks to bring joy and brightness to everyone around him.

Rhythm of Pretty Things

Tungchae dances through a universe filled with joy, moving to the rhythm inspired by Pretty Young Thing. Surrounded by colorful companions and sparkling stars, every beat becomes a celebration of curiosity, friendship, and imagination. Sometimes, the smallest feelings we carry can grow into something far greater than we ever imagined.

Toy Library

This artwork portrays a Toy Library through children joyfully exploring a map of imagination in search of a library filled with smiles and toys. It celebrates learning through play, sharing, and discovering new toys, while highlighting how borrowing instead of buying helps reduce waste and fosters a more sustainable, sharing community.
