Hello, my name is Wani Wanida, the creator of Aileen and her little group of friends.

Aileen is a gentle character who carries a quiet dream in her heart, just like I do and just like many others. She was born from the feeling of holding on to hope, even when no one else sees it.

I started drawing with a simple dream to become an artist. Drawing and storytelling have always been a part of my life. Every piece I create is inspired by the things I loved as a child and the feelings I still carry today.

I hope Aileen brings a little comfort to anyone who meets her. Wherever my work goes, I hope it gently reminds people to never stop dreaming.
