Lomfang Lakornpol is a mixed media illustrator who enjoys working with different types of colors, threads and beads. Much of her work talks about maintaining a young heart. For her, the more gloomy the world is, the more naughty hours are necessary. She prefer to sit and look at people's faces when eating ice cream. That moment made her see the boys and girls in them. It's like a moment of childhood coming back. She is currently studying in Melbourne.

Refreshing no.1

This piece is no.1 of the mixed media art series I talk about maintaining the heart of
childhood. No matter what age we grow up, we all want a little happiness each day.
Eating ice cream is one of the symbols of childhood. People's faces when eating ice
cream often make me see the boy/girl in them. It's like a moment of childhood coming
back.

Refreshing no.2

This piece is no.2 of the mixed media art series I talk about maintaining the heart of
childhood. No matter what age we grow up, we all want a little happiness each day.
Eating ice cream is one of the symbols of childhood. People's faces when eating ice
cream often make me see the boy/girl in them. It's like a moment of childhood coming
back.

Refreshing no.3

This piece is no.3 of the mixed media art series I talk about maintaining the heart of
childhood. No matter what age we grow up, we all want a little happiness each day.

cream often make me see the boy/girl in them. It's like a moment of childhood coming

The Little Girl at the Window

Children's thoughts and dreams are always bigger than the frame adults create for them.

Eurythmics

This piece of art I was inspired by the paragraph that I read in my favorite youth
literature, “Toto-chan, The Little Girl at the Window"

"Having eyes, but not seeing beauty;
having ears, but not hearing music;
having minds, but not perceiving truth;
having hearts that are never moved and
therefore never set on fire. These are the
things to fear, said the headmaster”
- Tetsuko Kuroyanagi

Merry Go Round

Sometimes I almost forgot that how much I used to be excited to ride a big unicorn. Do you still remember those feelings?

Fly Away Home

When I was young. I used to descend from a slider at high speed again and again. . just because I wanted to know how the free-flying birds felt in the sky. Have you ever been ?

Magical Clouds

Your eyes see clouds or a round rabbit sleeping. It depends on which pair of eyes you choose.

Peekaboo!

This is a picture of me at the age of five laughing tirelessly at the words "Peekaboo!" over and over again. This girl's laughter for the tenth time sounded as excited as she had just heard this word for the first time.

In a Rainy Day

I don't really understand adults who don't like rain, maybe because the rain stains their shoes. But when the raindrops hit me, it's a joy.
