Rotterdam (NL) based illustrator, 29 years and born as a Dutch/Thai citizen of the world. Aside from illustration I present myself as a versatile designer working within a range of mediums and clients. Typical illustrations would show my interest in (figurative) language and visualizing the abstract; like feelings and melody.

Weight of the Planets

The expression "to carry the weight of the world on one's shoulders" is based on the Greek myth of Atlas. Singer-songwriter Aldous Harding took this expression and converted it to her song 'Weight of the Planets'.

Helping Hands

No matter how big or small, helping hands and communal thinking are much needed in modern/individualistic (western) society.

Face the Music

An American idiom, seems to have originated in the New England area in the 1830s. The inspiration for this phrase is unknown, alias "Facing the Music". Also known as acceptance of unpleasant consequences of one's actions.

Great Lengths

When someone is going to great lengths to follow their dream.

Wavelength

"Being on the same wavelength" is a real, measurable phenomenon according to neuroscience where it's called "brain coupling".

Train of Thoughts

Losing your train of thoughts, as a literal depiction.
