I have interests in both Thai traditional art and cute style art. So I mixed them together in order to bring the old art to the contemporary world. I often portrayed it directly, as you may see in the Himavanta animals series, but sometimes I also blended the way of Thai traditional art’s storytelling with my illustrations, as can be seen in the Tower Escape Game series below.

P.S. The Billion Colors Land is full of colors and everything you often found in a children’s book. Sweets, clouds, and stars will bring the rainbow back to the inner child of you.

Tower Escape Game (1)

The Tower Escape Game is a series of 5 illustrations aligned in a vertical column. I need you guys to help the girl escape from the tower. Let’s start with the 1st pic!

Once upon a time… in a part of the Billion Colors Land stood a very very tall tower. There’s a princess being imprisoned. she doesn’t have long hair like that famous Rapunzel. What should she do? Let’s figure it out!

No problem! If plants grow, hair grows too! The princess snatched a watering can and started growing her hair.

Her hair is long now, but not long enough to reach the ground. The tower is too tall! What should she do next?

Ahh… such a relief! The sun has helped the princess. The sunlight bathed her hair and made it grow longer.

Her hair grew longer and longer until she safely reached the ground. Big and little animals came here to wish her a happy life. And she lived happily ever after…

Eat fish, get smarter.. my dad didn’t told me that. My name is Macchanu, the son of lord Hanuman who’s the lord of monkeys and my mom is a mermaid so I’m the mixture of monkey and fish (don’t tell anyone, I love taiyaki sooo much).
